Your exceptional technical customer service skills and troubleshooting ability will get you noticed by our customers. We are also looking for critical thinkers who are outstanding problem solvers and communicators. Must be able to learn quickly and work independently.

We need:

  • minimum 1 year of technical help desk background, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Your ability to work a flexible schedule over any shift.
  • Your advanced organizational skills and an outstanding work ethic.
  • High school diploma; strong preference for AAS.
  • Your ability to have fun at work!

We’d really like:

  • Experience with networking and routing configuration, hardware/software configuration or service of POS software.
  • Certifications are a plus and they include Net+, CompTIA A+, and/or computer science, networking or hardware/software certifications.
  • An understanding of database (SQL skills preferred), network environments and local PC file and folder structure is helpful.
  • Previous experience in a restaurant is a big plus!
