We are looking for top notch installers to travel the country and partner with our customers. You will provide field support to ensure the stable operation of hardware and software products. This includes installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing!   • On-site Technical Product Support and Installation Duties
  • Install, troubleshoot, and maintain Revention equipment
  • Install, troubleshoot, and maintain third party hardware and peripherals
  • Identify, analyze, and repair product failures
  • Provide technical product training and basic user functionality training to customer
  • Work closely with field staff to implement appropriate policies to manage work flow and communication
  • Support customer-centric programs such as trade shows and workshops with technical expertise and product knowledge
  • Ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained
  • Escalate technical and customer issues to direct manager as needed
  • Provide product feedback and customer suggestions to product development department
  • Promote continuous improvement
  • Perform other duties as assigned



  • Must be able to travel locally and nationally 90% of the time including evenings and weekends
  • Must have strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills, problem solving skills and negotiating skills
  • Must be able to think analytically
  • Must have a minimum of two years’ experience in a restaurant or a related field
  • Must be organized and have strong time management skills to include schedule development
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally and able to work on your feet for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to successfully undergo a background check
  • Must be able to pass a motor vehicle records check at hire and annually; must have automobile insurance
  • Technical troubleshooting and reverse engineering abilities
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED

Highly preferred:
