Installation  

Installation is one of our strongest services. Everything our team does is done with purpose and precise detail to ensure you maximize your space to run your business successfully and efficiently. 

Our installers do a walkthrough with you to confirm the placement of your equipment is as you envisioned. Your network is tested in order to identify potential problems before they have a chance to interrupt your business. Equipment is then placed and cables are neatly tied and organized. To finish, the Revention POS software is custom configured to meet the specific needs of your operation with typical installations lasting only one to two hours per computer station. 




Training

Revention offers three types of in-person training: onsite in the real world setting of your business, custom system training and training at Revention Headquarters in our sophisticated Learning Center.

Onsite Training

The two components of training, Employee and Management, quickly bring you and your staff up to speed, ready to handle daily operations. The Employee training, conducted onsite after your installation, commences before your normal shifts and may be supplemented during your shifts, if questions arise, in order to keep your business humming along with confidence. The more in-depth Management component instructed during the downtimes shifts, makes certain you receive the maximum benefit from the learning objectives.. 



Custom System Training

Custom System Training focuses on implementing and managing specific feature(s) within your Revention point of sale system. We walk you and your employees through each step making sure that you not only understand the nuances but how to best utilize these features for your business concept. Revention trainers have thousands of industry hours spanning all concepts and all positions. The two components of traning, Employee and Management, quickly bring you and your staff up to speed, ready to handle daily operations. The Employee traning, conducted onsite after your installation, commences before your normal shifts and may be supplemented during your shifts, if questions arise, in order to keep your business humming along with confidence. Classroom Training

Training at Revention Headquarters provides the liberty to work closely with expert trainers in an environment optimized for learning before your installation and on a continuing bases, in order to help you get the most out of all Revention POS has to offer. The Learning Center is an expansive computer lab that accommodates your entire staff at one time. In this interactive classroom, each person is given the opportunity to learn and ask questions while being instructed from a menu database that is an exact copy of the Revention POS in your business. The Revention team is there for you from start to finish and beyond. We will communicate, encourage and support you throughout the entire process.
