What is EyeDeliver?

EyeDeliver is a delivery management application that provides real-time delivery data to drivers and management. Operators are empowered to make educated decisions and increase delivery performance while improving driver safety. Upon dispatch, the order appears on the delivery driver’s Smartphone via the secure EyeDeliver application. The driver will now have instant directions via GPS including the best route to multiple deliveries.

Customers will have the ability to tip and sign their credit card receipt via the delivery driver’s Smartphone using the EyeDeliver app. The intuitive tip generator will positively improve the tips that your drivers receive. The signed receipts are then saved in a digital format on the app and sent directly to the POS system. Receipts are then emailed to the customer automatically.

EyeDeliver includes a website that provides a view of all restaurants side by side with real time delivery statistics per location. This consolidated view also allows the user to locate a delivery driver’s location on a map at any time. The advanced reporting will now record when the order is delivered to the customer’s door, providing critical data to management and owners.

EyeDeliver Head's Up Display (HUD)

The EyeDeliver Head's Up Display (HUD) gives you the freedom to remotely view the location of your delivery drivers from any PC at any time. With HUD you can access individual driver metrics, view the routes your drivers have already taken and track where they are going in real time. The Head's Up Display enables you to review consolidated delivery stats, and will show your recent orders with pending deliveries and calculate the distance/time any late orders will take to deliver.

HUD can be displayed on a large LCD screen for enhanced visibilty, making it quick and easy to access all of your delivery metrics with a glance. It updates every 30 seconds, providing you with the real time stats you need to run the best delivery operation possible.

EyeDeliver FAQs

 

1.How much does Eye Deliver Cost?

The Eye Deliver service is only available to customers using the R-Enterprise solution.  Eye Deliver set up is $199 per store.  R- Enterprise is $49 per month per store and Eye Deliver is an additional $99 per month per store.
 

2.How long will set up take before I can use the service?

Once the product is ordered, a System Integration Specialist will contact you to remotely access the store for configuration and set up.  Typically the entire set up process will be complete with 10 business days.
 

3.Is there a limit to how many drivers I can have using the app at once?

Not at all! There’s no limit to how many employees can download the app, and no limit to how many can use the app at one time.  The Heads Up Display will only show drivers who have been dispatched and are currently on the road, in order to keep the display accurate.

4.Does it matter what cellular carrier my drivers use?

No, your drivers may use any cellular network.  Location Services must be turned on for the EyeDeliver App to access the driver’s GPS coordinates.

5.How much data does the app use on the phone?

Based on testing, a typical busy delivery shift estimating 200 miles of driving should not exceed 30MB of data.

6.Will the app be downloadable on all devices?

The app is available on all smartphones that support IOS and Android.  If the phone does not support those platforms, they will not be able to download the application.

7.Can drivers use a Tablet or iPad instead of a phone?

Yes.  All IOS and Android devices are supported.

8.Can my driver make a phone call without affecting the Eye Deliver app performance?

Yes, but may vary based on provider.
 

9.How often is my Driver’s location updated?

Driver’s location is monitored by distance, not time.  The standard setting is every 400 meters, but this distance is configurable.
 

10.Can I view the Heads Up Display (HUD) from anywhere?

The Head Up Display can be downloaded to any Windows based computer with Internet access.  Whether you are at home, or on the beach, you can see your drivers’ location and the status of your delivery orders remotely in real time.
 

11.Will the Heads Up Display show me when my driver is on the way back to the store?

Yes.  When the Driver has delivered the last dispatch order, HUD will determine the driver’s estimated arrival time back to the store.
