"Prior to Revention we were using Intouch POS, but the company had issues and we were not able to access enough of our information. Our goals for finding a replacement POS were updating technology, better access to information, cash control and powerful marketing features. We switched to Revention because we'd heard good reviews from their customers, especially about their customer support team. Revention also provided one thing that no other POS could - their integration with Embed. The sales, installation and training process was amazing - I expect future dealings with customer support to also be equally positive experiences.
