Point of Sale Installations & Trainers (Regional and National)


Job Description

Position

Revention is seeking excellent Point of Sale (POS) Regional and National Installers and Trainers, who have prior experience in restaurant point of sale technology installation.  Revention is the leading provider of hardware and software solutions for the hospitality industry.  As a member of the installation team (which is a part of the Revention’s Customer Service / Sales Team), Regional Installers and Trainers will have the job of traveling (Texas based travel) up to 50% of the time, and National Installers and Trainers will enjoy traveling (Nationally) up to 75% of the time, to install for and train clients using custom designed Revention hardware and POS software solutions.

 
All Installers will receive 90 days of training, at the Revention headquarters (in Houston, TX.), in our Customer Service Call Center, before they begin servicing clients in the field. 
Full-time, hourly, non-exempt position, $15.00 – $18.00, depending on experience and qualifications.  Our Installers work a 50-hour work week, Monday through Saturday, accruing overtime for the 10 hours exceeding the standard 40 hour work week.

Responsibilities

  • Knowledge of POS system hardware

  • Deliver presentations that demonstrate Revention’s suite of products

  • Proven ability to present value, generate leads, and grow sales.

  • Demonstrated ability to train and effectively teach others

  • Regional Installers & Trainers – Have the ability to travel up to 50% of the time

  • National Installers & Trainers – Have the ability to travel up to 75% of the time

Minimum Requirements:

·         High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
·         2-4 years point of sale experience
·         CRM experience
·         Advanced organizational skills
·         Strong communication, interpersonal,  leadership, and presentation skills
·         Outstanding work ethic
·         Stable work history
·         Regional travel required

 
Preferred Requirements

·         Bachelor’s Degree required
·         Microsoft A+ Certification preferred
·         Net + Certification preferred
·         Hospitality/Restaurant experience preferred
