Product Management Specialist

Job description
The Product Management Specialist is responsible for supporting all aspects of Revention’s Software as a Service and Point of Sale product lines. Functions will include implementation, documentation, configuration of products, internal and external training. Additional tasks will include sales support and existing customer sales initiatives.

Job summary
Responsibilities will include documentation of the product functionality, facilitating training with internal staff, customer training, managing development requests and functionality opportunities with development team, primary technical resource for product related assistance.  Primary resource for sales assistance and product demonstrations as well as any other tasks related to Revention’s software as a service product lines, or Revention Point of Sale.

Essential job functions
·         Strong computer and Revention software knowledge
·         Excellent customer service skills
·         Ability to manage multiple projects and set customer expectations
·         Extensive experience with Microsoft Windows, Office and remote access software
·         Strong Project coordination and implementation skills
·         Well-spoken and confident with public speaking
·         Technical writing skills required

Minimum requirements
·         Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent certifications
·         3 years plus software support or implementation experience
·         3 months Revention software support experience

Specific requirements
·         Ability to multitask and respond accordingly based on multiple schedules
·         Detail oriented and takes ownership of all tasks
·         Strong communication, instruction, and presentation skills
·         Knowledge of presentation and training software
·         Ability to create and maintain documentation and training materials
·         Extensive knowledge of the Revention point of sale product

Additional qualifications
·         Product Management experiences a plus
·         Extensive knowledge of the Revention point of sale product
·         Instruction and continuing education experience a plus
·         Excellent technical troubleshooting skills
